Holmes and Watson belong together. Just like lemon and lime. There are so many other things in life that simply work well together. And for us today, we’re celebrating adding a new one to that list - our new MYOB and vWork integration!
Due to customer demand, our Development team has prioritized writing this integration – and now everyone gets to experience the freedom of key business data moving seamlessly between the two. This integration works in a similar manner to previous accountancy software integrations, like Xero and Quickbooks.
If you use MYOB AccountRight to manage your accounts, you’ll be able to send completed job data automatically to MYOB to trigger an invoice to be sent within minutes of the job completing. Additionally, the invoice can show start and end times, consumables and parts used as well as when the next service is due. And the beauty of this integration is, is that you simply link and authorize the accounts and then set up the triggers on your workflows in vWork – and the rest is history! This kind of immediacy removes the hassle of data entry from invoicing – and even shortens the time to invoice (and hopefully the time to payment for you too).
This is just one application for the integration – others include syncing customer data across platforms for accuracy and using ‘time to payment’ information to feed into fixed maintenance contract pricing analysis. There are many more.
