Nelmac is an environmental management company with many moving parts. There are hundreds of field workers and thousands of monthly jobs which make up three distinct divisions with different needs. The jobs involve thousands of client owned assets that need servicing on a regular or ad hoc basis. Service level agreements with clients require visible and transparent records of job completion.
Challenge
Initially Nelmac was looking for a solution to schedule thousands of jobs and correspondingly record and report on job completion, both internally and to Nelmac’s clients. Sharing this valuable information would enable Nelmac’s clients to immediately view real time job status.
